Today on the way back from going to visit the cemetary, I stopped off at Beachy Head, East Sussex to watch the sunset. I have been wishing to do this for many years and today I did.
I sat on a ledge for an hour in icy cold winds & marvelled at the amazing view in front of me for it was presenting to me the five elements.
The Sun – Fire
The Sea – Water
The Cliff Edge – Earth
The Cold Wind – Air
All around beyond what I could see – Spirit
